Compassion Sunday is a chance for our community to pour out and serve those in need in our surrounding cities.

 

This Back to School Compassion Sunday we will be welcoming these families into our home church for a Sunday service, and following service we will serve families in need and their kiddos with FREE school supplies and backpacks for the upcoming school year. The event will be held at our home church, City Chapel right off of Interstate 20 by the Parks Mall.  It is through these efforts that we are hoping to showcase the love and compassion of Christ and be His hands and feet to the less fortunate in our community.

If you have or know a child in need, please RSVP below so we can make sure we have enough supplies to serve those planning on attending!

If you'd like to help support this cause, you can donate $25 to help us fill a backpack for a child and help us reach our $2,000 goal – a goal to help us make even the smallest dent in the number of impoverished children here in Arlington, TX.
